Notes
• This studio is one of ten in the building and offers self check-in. There is no front desk, but support is available if needed.
• Please note there is no lift. The studio is on the second floor and accessed by stairs.
• Parking permits are required for on-street parking and can be purchased from us before arrival.
• Please be mindful of quiet hours between 11pm and 8am, as this is a residential building.
• All properties are non-smoking.
• There are no on-site laundry facilities, however a launderette is a short walk away.
• A starter supply of essentials is provided. Additional supplies can be purchased locally during your stay.
• For stays of 28 days or more, an increased cleaning fee applies per stay.
Access
Self check in. Keys are situated in a lock box. I am also contactable via airbnb for queries and recommendations
Transit
Most locations are walkable or taxis are plentiful and cheap. We also have Uber. There are frequent buses running nearby. The nearest train station is Fratton which is a 20 min walk. If you are driving – you will require visitor’s permits, which can be purchased for £3 per vehicle, per day via our Digital Guidebook which is sent prior to your stay. Parking is hit and miss as Portsmouth is a little overcrowded with vehicles but you will find a space on the main road or in one of the nearby side roads.

We are available by phone or message to answer any of your queries and assist with recommendations. Our office hours are;
Mon-Sun: 10:00-19:00pm.
IMPORTANT
If you have an emergency outside of these office hours please leave a message on the answerphone with your name, property you are staying and details of the issue. Answerphone messages are checked and we will respond to emergency situations. If it’s a non-emergency issue or question, please send a message via your booking channel.
Neighbourhood
This is a fantastic location for your stay as you are in the middle vibrant Southsea with so much on your doorstep! There is an amazing coffee and cake shop – The Garage Lounge just opposite, there are bars, restaurants, shops, hairdressers, what ever you need all within a stones throw! You are also extremely close to the Kings Theatre and a short distance to the seafront or Gunwharf Quays and Portsmouth’s historic dockyard
Space
Beautiful & spacious 1920s-inspired studio in converted guesthouse. Finished with authentic art deco furnishings.
This generous studio gives guests ample space to relax and unwind, with a comfortable double bed, easy chair – which is also a single futon bed (for child use only) and smart TV. This room comes complete with Wardrobe, Dressing table, and a table with chairs for Dining or working.
A separate door leads to a Kitchenette providing basic essentials for cooking, including a single electric Hob, Microwave, utensils, crockery and glassware. *Please note there is no washing machine but there is a laundrette nearby.
Through the kitchen is a separate door to a spacious bathroom with bathtub and separate shower.
We can provide a put up bed for a extra person. Although it’s probably more suited to children than adults. Airbnb have listed the additional bed as an airbed, but it is a single camp bed.
We can also provide a travel cot or highchair but please advise in advance if these are required, so we can be sure they are available for your stay.
