Notes
Accessibility: This ground-floor apartment has step-free access via a ramp. Please note that the side access to the rear of the building (where a ramp is provided) has a width of 70 cm at its narrowest point. It is suitable for most standard manual wheelchairs and many powered wheelchairs, but some larger or heavy-duty electric wheelchairs may not fit. If you’re unsure, please get in touch before booking and we’ll be happy to advise.
Parking: this is on-street using visitor permits (low cost). Parking directly outside the property is only available for guests with a Blue Badge or mobility needs and must be arranged in advance.
Supplies: For your convenience, we provide a starter supply of essential consumables, including toiletries, toilet rolls, and kitchen basics, to help you settle in comfortably. If you require additional supplies during your stay, we kindly ask that you purchase these as needed.
Noise: No loud voices in the garden after 10pm. This is not a suitable party venue, there are guests above and neighbours either side of you.
Transit
Most locations are walkable or taxis are plentiful and cheap. We also have Uber. There are frequent buses running nearby. The nearest train station is Fratton which is a 20 min walk. If you are driving – you will require visitor’s permits, which can be purchased for ยฃ3.60 per vehicle, per day via our Digital Guidebook which is sent prior to your stay. Parking is hit and miss as Portsmouth is a little overcrowded with vehicles but you will find a space on the main road or in one of the nearby side roads.

Mon-Sat: 10:00-22:00pm
Sun: 10:00-20:00
IMPORTANT
If you have an emergency outside of these office hours please leave a message on the answerphone with your name, property you are staying and details of the issue. Answerphone messages are checked and we will respond to emergency situations. If it’s a non-emergency issue or question, please send a message via your booking channel.
Neighbourhood
This is a fantastic location for your stay as you are in the middle vibrant Southsea with so much on your doorstep! There is an amazing coffee and cake shop – The Garage Lounge just opposite, there are bars, restaurants, shops, hairdressers, what ever you need all within a stones throw! You are also extremely close to the Kings Theatre and a short distance to the seafront or Gunwharf Quays and Portsmouth’s historic dockyard.

The shops, bars and restaurants of Albert Road are on your doorstep, the Seafront is only a 10-15 minute walk and a few minutes & a 25 minute walk will take you to Gunwharf Quays shopping and dining complex, the D-Day museum and the Historic Dockyard.

This flat is perfect if you are attending a University Graduation, Victorious Festival, the Great South run or any other occasion. There is plenty to do in beautiful Southsea.
